For employers

Your team says they're fine. Some of them aren't.

It doesn't stay at home. It comes to work with them: the bloke who's gone quiet in meetings, the one who's suddenly short with everyone, your best performer who's running on empty. Most of them will never say a word to HR.

I've run businesses and carried that pressure myself. I'm not a consultant with slides. I'm a bloke who's been there, and men talk to that.

How it works

  1. 1

    I talk to the team

An honest, no-jargon session about mental health, and my own story. It gets people thinking, and it shows them it's normal.

  2. 2

    Then it's one to one

Anyone who wants to can book a private chat with me afterwards. Plenty of men won't speak up in a room but will one to one.

  3. 3

    It stays confidential

You're not told who came or what was said. It's peer support, not therapy, and if someone needs more I'll help them find the right help.
